The sun has started to peek out and Gap has responded by launching its first full beachwear range. Created by Mireille Gindrey, recently named director of Gapbody, the line combines styles: romantic or graphic and colourful, soft and subtle or overt.

This is a range big enough to make anyone dizzy. Especially as there are banded, full, triangular and half-cup bikini tops to choose from and mix and match as you like with as many possibilities for the lower half, “classic, lightly pleated or tied at the hip”, noted a spokesperson for Gap. As for the price, expect to pay between €22 and €39 per piece.

Mireille Gindrey (ex-Calvin Klein) has added a line of swim shorts for men and women designed for loafing around on the beach as well items like breathable cotton dresses, roll-up shorts, kaftans for the beach and even lightweight jumpers in faded out colours. Pretty much everything is on offer in this new range of beachwear.
