While Carole Hochman has already established intimates categories of lounge and sleepwear, DreamWave will develop its new swim line.

David Komar, Principal and Chief Marketing Officer at Komar, stated "This agreement with DreamWave is another step in our successful licensing strategy to help expand our consumer appeal to a new category."

Carole Hochman is sold at Lord & Taylor and Dillard's as well as through QVC. The license for the new swim category joins existing licenses that include slippers and socks.

Komar's other brands include Betsey Johnson Intimates, Kate Spade New York, DKNY, Halston and Jockey. DreamWave currently owns licenses for Disney, Universal, Mattel, and Hawaiian Tropic, among others.

DreamWave manufactures licensed, private-label and branded swimwear, outerwear, and sleepwear for a wide range of channels ranging from specialty and department, down to warehouse and mass market.

The new Carole Hochman swim collection will preview April 2018. It will ship to retailers beginning December 2018.
