To celebrate the upcoming start of the prestigious tennis tournament and its new Wimbledon collection, upmarket clothing brand Ralph Lauren is transforming a bus into a mobile customisation shop.

Stocking the Ralph Lauren Wimbledon collection plus vintage prints inspired by The Championships, the customisation bus will park near Wimbledon Park from 2-7 July and then again on 9-11 July.

London’s Regent Street park will also play host to the mobile customisation service on 1, 8 and 15 July.

The playful mobile shop will allow customers to print their favourite Wimbledon-inspired graphics on a polo shirt of their choice.

The customisation service for the limited-edition Wimbledon collection will also be available at Ralph Lauren’s recently expanded flagship store on Regent Street from 1 July.

Ralph Lauren has been the official outfitter for Wimbledon since 2006, dressing all on-court officials, umpires and ball officials for the tournament. It also produces a commemorative lifestyle collection for tennis fans, usually available in selected stores and the brand’s shop-in-shop at Wimbledon, located close to Court One and Centre Court.

Over the last few years, the brand has been increasing its focus on customisation as a way to provide added luxury to its customers. In 2017, it introduced customisable t-shirts in its US Open collection, and its Regent Street store features a customisation station for polos, shirts and blazers on the lower ground floor.
