CFDA launches February NYFW schedule

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has released its preliminary New York Fashion Week lineup, set to kick off on Friday, February 10, and close on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

In partnership with IMG’s NYFW: The Shows, the event will welcome 74 runway shows including a surprise return from Thom Browne, chairman of the CFDA. Rodarte will lead the six-day New York Fashion Week American Collections Calendar, while rising star Luar will close the festivities on the evening of February 15.

Other returning big-name brands include Altuzarra, Anna Sui, Area, Batsheva, Brandon Maxwell, Carolina Herrera, Coach, Collina Strada, Dion Lee, Eckhaus Latta, Elena Velez, Gabriela Hearst, Jason Wu Collection, Khaite, LaQuan Smith, LoveShackFancy, Michael Kors, Palomo Spain, Prabal Gurung, Proenza Schouler, Puppets & Puppets, Sergio Hudson, Simkhai, Sukeina, Tory Burch, Ulla Johnson, Who Decides War and Willy Chavarria, among others.

Likewise, first-time additions to the calendar include Heron Preston, Koltson, Cucculelli Shaheen, Ayama Studio, Kallmeyer, Kate Barton, Nayon, and Zimo.

The shows and presentations will continue to be presented via Runway360, CFDA’s centralized digital hub and business tool to support American fashion brands’ collection releases year-round.

Spring Studios is the central hub for NYFW, while shows are expected to take place all over New York City.
