Crocs adds Charisse Ford Hughes to board

Footwear company Crocs Inc. has added Charisse Ford Hughes to its board of directors, effective October 1, 2020.

Bringing decades of experience across global consumer marketing, product development and e-commerce, Ford Hughes has served as senior vice president and global chief marketing officer of Kellogg Company since September of this year. In the role, she is responsible for building global strategies for the company's portfolio of snack and cereal brands.

Prior to Kellogg, Ford Hughes served as the chief marketing officer of the Americas for jewelry brand Pandora; as senior vice president of global marketing, vice president of global marketing, skincare and face, and executive director, global marketing of face and eye categories at Esteé Lauder; as senior marketing manager of global skincare for Avon; and as brand manager, Playtex apparel/Cross Your Heart and Expectant Moments for food and beverage company Sara Lee, among other roles.

In addition to her new role with Crocs, Ford Hughes currently serves on the board of the Baltimore Development Corporation and serves as a board advisor to Pixability, a video advertising platform company.
