US brand Eastpak, specialised in bags and backpacks, has recently presented the result of its collaboration with Japanese streetwear label Neighborhood, founded by Shinsuke Takizawa in 1994: four unique items inspired by Neighborhood’s military/biker streetwear style.

Neighborhood’s slogan, ‘The Filth and The Fury’, is printed on all four items. The Japanese label is renowned for dipping into typical biker, military and outdoor gear to style its streetwear, especially parkas, sport jackets, hoodies and shirts.

Neighborhood, which also has a home decoration line and a childrenswear line called Neighborhood One Third, gave a fresh streetwear twist to Eastpak’s Padded Pak'r backpack, the Talky bum bag and another iconic Eastpak model, the messenger bag The One. The fourth item in the collection is a novelty, a gilet-bag which perfectly encapsulates Neighborhood’s military-inspired style. The items come in black and olive green, and feature the logos of both Eastpak and Neighborhood.

They are available from October 1 on both brands’ e-stores, though the collection is already virtually sold-out on Neighborhood’s site.
