H&M debuts in Panama, now in 75 markets
Sep 7, 2021
H&M is continuing its store and new-country opening programme that was interrupted by the pandemic and said this week that it has just opened its first store in Central American state Panama.

It has opened at the Multiplaza Mall and the company’s Global Head of Franchise Dan Nordstrom said the move “is truly fantastic. Central America holds great potential”.
The new opening isn’t a directly operated store with the company entering the country via a partnership with Hola Moda S.A.
With this latest move, it means the brand is now present in 75 markets.
Earlier this year, H&M Group expanded its Sellpy secondhand partnership into 20 new markets and announced the opening of its first Arket store in Russia this autumn.
