Hobbit starpower for Chilean fashion exhibition

SANTIAGO, Oct 7, 2008 (AFP) - "Lord of the Rings" star Elijah Wood is to open a new fashion exhibition in Chile's capital on Wednesday, October 8th at the start of a two-week South American vacation, organizers of the show and media said.

The world's most famous Hobbit will unveil the "War and Seduction" exhibition at the Museum of Fashion in the east of the city.
In May, Wood was on hand to officially open the museum itself.
Media said the 27-year-old US actor was arriving with his sister and the two were expected to travel to northern Chile for sightseeing.
