M&S finds new head of VM at Gap
He’ll aim to develop a “world class visual customer experience” and should make a big impact of the firm’s VM. He’ll report to Anna Braithwaite, the incoming M&S clothing and home marketing director who joins next month from Tesco. Braithwaite will also be in charge of the heads of insight, planning, brand and PR.
Wittmann has worked around the world with Gap and will apply his wide experience to reshaping the way M&S visually presents itself to its customers.
It’s all part of the firm’s Never the Same Again transformation programme that aims to make M&S “more relevant, more often” to its customers.
