The arrival of Lifford and Greco bring the number of directors on the New York-based company’s board up to 10, including nine independent directors.

In her current role at Warner Bros., Lifford oversees the development of fan-engagement experiences across WarnerMedia’s content and network businesses, including Warner Bros., HBO, Cartoon Network properties, consumer products and themed entertainment. She also leads comic giant DC.

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Lifford previously spent 12 years at the Disney Company, where she served as EVP for the company’s global home, fashion and infant businesses. During this time, she is credited with having transformed Micky and Minnie Mouse from exclusively kid-focused businesses to international fashion and lifestyle brands that have collaborated with top fashion labels.

Lifford’s previous experience also includes stints at Nike, Quiksilver, Inc., and Road Runner Sports.

Greco has been leading Advance Auto Parts since 2016, employing his wide-ranging general management experience in corporate strategy, marketing, supply chain and logistics to oversee the development of the company’s long-term strategy.

Prior to joining Advance, the executive was CEO of Frito-Lay North America at PepsiCo, Inc., a role in which he was responsible for leading PepsiCo’s snack and convenient food business in the U.S. and Canada.

Before this, Greco served as EVP and president of Frito-Lay North America from 2011 to 2014, as well as EVP and chief commercial officer for the Pepsi Beverages Company from 2009 to 2011. He first joined PepsiCo in Canada in 1986, having previously worked at The Proctor & Gamble Company.
