Bella Hadid has been snapped up to act as the face of the denim brand True Religion.

The supermodel has been unveiled as the star of the label's Fall 2018 campaign, marking a bold comeback for the company following its 2017 filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

However, the new ads prove that the label is well and truly back on the fashion map. Shot by photographer Boo George, an image shared by Hadid with her 19.4 million Instagram followers sees her posing topless in a pair of dark denim jeans, hugging a lighter wash jacket to her chest. "My New True Religion campaign by Boo George! @TrueReligion is back!" the model proclaimed.

"It was a great experience shooting an iconic denim campaign in Los Angeles," Hadid elaborated to Women's Wear Daily. "I grew up with True Religion and was excited to play a part of the brand's next chapter." The label, meanwhile, told the publication that the model was "the natural choice to meld the iconic essence of the brand with the modern view of its future."

The campaign is the latest big coup for Hadid, who also features in the fall ads for the major fashion houses of Versace and Fendi, and who landed the front covers of the coveted September issues of Allure Magazine and Harper's Bazaar Japan.
