The sales campaign for the U.S. Polo Assn. Spring-Summer 2016 apparel collection has generated €10 million in revenues for Incom, the historic group from Montecatini Terme, Italy, that holds the brand's licence. Revenue that is on par with that of the Spring-Summer 2015 collection.

Of the total €10 million in revenue, 35% is attributable to the menswear collection, 27% to the children's and infant lines, 25% to the womenswear collection and 13% to beachwear and underwear.

The beachwear and underwear collection, with €1.3 million in revenue, notably displayed a vigorous growth trend, with significant results coming mainly from Italy, Spain, France, Greece and Cyprus.

60% of sales were generated in Italy and 40% abroad, in line with the previous campaigns' distribution policy. Both the Greek and Spanish markets are showing signs of recovery.

U.S. Polo Assn. apparel will be available through more than 1,200 selected multi-brand stores for menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, about 60% of them in Italy and 40% abroad, as well as in the 27 U.S. Polo Assn. retail corners, including two new openings this year.

In 2014, U.S. Polo Assn. recorded €21.5 million in revenue, a growth of approximately 7% compared to the previous fiscal year.
