Nude Skincare have filed a complaint for brand violation and it will be in the High Court in London that the case will be judged in September. Stella McCartney’s perfume licence is currently held by L’Oréal by way of YSL, and a representative from the label confirmed the existence of legal action when speaking to the British press, but assured that the allegations would be strongly contested.
One thing is certain though, the affair will publicise the forthcoming fragrance whose launch is also planned for September.
